About Matthew Rackauckas

Matthew Rackaukas, an aviation professional, served as a Chief and International Pilot for a private aircraft chartering company called Prime Jet from 2003 to 2010. Recognized by ARGUS with a Platinum rating, Matthew Rackaukas also maintained Wyvern Wingman status during his time with Prime Jet. His high standards for service and compliance with federal regulations represented the company well, and earned him favorable standings with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

A California State University, Los Angeles alumnus, Matthew Rackauckas graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Administration and Industrial Technology. His formal education and background supported and contributed to his exemplary service with Prime Jet. In addition to his role of pilot, Matthew Rackauckas oversaw FAA policy compliance and the implementation of regulations for flight attendant and pilot training, hiring, and management. He created and instituted a number of company pamphlets and policies.

Matthew Rackauckas continues to maintain his knowledge and expertise in aviation, working with CAE SimuFlite as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. Matthew Rackaukas’ high standards for his profession demonstrate a diligent work ethic. His motivation is inspired by his family and his desire to support his wife, daughter, and son. Actively involved in his community, he volunteers at and supports the San Antonio de Padua Church, and serves as a soccer referee for the American Youth Soccer Organization. Matthew Rackauckas resides in Corona, California, and in his spare time enjoys jogging, camping with his family, sport fishing, and attending his children’s sporting events. As a pilot, he also takes pleasure in traveling around the world.
